The highly effective formula of the InLei® Form1 perm works safely and gently on your client’s lashes. The InLei® Form 1 is entirely developed and produced in Italy with the highest quality raw materials. This eyelash perm was designed to be used exclusively with its InLei® fixing solution – Fix 2.
The formula’s optimal pH (9.73) allows the ingredients to quickly but gently penetrate the hair, preparing it for the action of the second formulation.
