Return Policy

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The only exception is eyelash extension glue, which is non-returnable, and theoretical training fees are non-refundable if training materials have been sent and access to online recordings has been granted.

2.The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you have acquired possession of the goods.

3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, SIA "E.K.N. Group", of your decision to withdraw from this product.

4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

5. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), no later than 7 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In any case, no fee will be charged to you in connection with such a refund.

6. You must return the goods to the company, agreeing on the method of return in advance, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please note that the company has the right to record any visual damage to the goods and the contents of the package upon receipt of goods sent by mail. In cases where goods are sent to the SIA "E.K.N. Group" office using courier mail and SIA "E.K.N. Group" finds damage to the goods or non-compliance of the goods with the visual condition and packaging upon receipt of the goods, you will be informed and a copy of the inspection report will be sent to you. In this case, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

7. You are liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if they have been used for purposes other than to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8. During the withdrawal period, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, but to the same extent as you could do before purchasing the product in a regular store. You are also liable for any use of the product during the withdrawal period that is not compatible with the principle of good faith and for any diminution in the value, quality and safety of the product.

9. You are responsible for the maintenance of the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.

10. Except in the cases specified in paragraph 11 of these rules, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, covering:

10.1. The costs of delivery of the goods, which are not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by SIA "E.K.N. Group";

10.2. The direct costs of returning the goods, except in cases where SIA "E.K.N. Group" has agreed to cover these costs or has not informed you that you are required to cover the costs;

10.3. The decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as confirmed by an expert examination carried out by the seller of the goods. You are not liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if SIA "E.K.N. Group" has not informed you of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure laid down in the consumer protection regulations.

11. The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases specified in paragraph 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", including if:
- The price of the goods is dependent on financial market fluctuations which the seller cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

- The goods are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;

- The goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;

- The goods, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

12. Copies of purchase agreements are not stored in the online store http://www.beautypro.lv.

13. SIA "E.K.N. Group" informs that if a loss of value of the returned goods is found, it will apply to the court with a claim for compensation of the losses caused to SIA "E.K.N. Group" as a result of the consumer's actions.

14. The fee for theory training, which is also the full course booking fee, is non-refundable! Advance payment is not returned and rescheduling the practical part of the course is not possible if you do not come to the course. If you cannot come to the courses and practice about it at least 3 days before the start of the course, then it is possible to move the practical part of the course to another course date.

The complaint will be considered within 7 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, with a reply sent to the specified contact address.
In the event that the submitted complaint is recognized as unfounded and you do not agree with your complaints as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative options for disputes established by regulatory acts, after the confirmation of a written submission to the seller of the goods on the resolution of the out-of-court dispute:
- name, surname, contact information;
- date of submission of the application;
- the nature of the dispute, claims and their justification.
