Ph (9-9.50), which is optimally adjusted for a particularly gentle effect on eyebrow hairs, allows quick and delicate penetration into the depths of the hairs. Contains purified (99%) vegetable glycerin, which is natural and provides hypoallergenic protection for sensitive eyebrow skin. No additional protection is required.
